A 3-month group coaching program for business owners who have been in business for a while, but are stuck in survival mode.

This offer has been in the back of my mind for a while. It’s the vision I’ve held for something that would be accessible to people in my audience who didn’t have the cash flow to pay for 1:1 coaching services, yet if they didn’t receive support to shift their relationship with money, they might not generate enough income to pay for 1:1 coaching services. My hope is that by working through some of your money stories and creating supportive practices, you don’t become the business owner who’s making a 6-figure income and still struggling to pay their bills.
So this is for you, the small business owner who has been in business for a while but is still struggling to consistently generate enough revenue to cover your living costs.

Stabilize your cash flow
Get clear on what your money is doing now, and create intentional spending plans
Build systems and start creating provisions for taxes and your pay
Separate your business and personal finances (if they aren’t already!)
Create and implement an idea for new revenue
In addition to those concrete, tangible pieces, you’ll start to notice the stories and feelings that come up when you’re trying new things with your money, and you’ll start to build practices that help you feel safe when you’re working with your money. Anxiety, fear, anger and shame don’t have to come with dealing with money.
Doing that allows you to create that future where you are generating more money in your business, more consistently. Where your business covers your living costs and leaves you with extra at the end of the month. Where the money in your business is allocated to the things that will grow your business and support you. Where you have the money to play, travel, and enjoy time with the people you love.
You’re not terrible at money, you just haven’t figured out your best practices yet
If you’re anything like most of my clients, there’s a lot of shame and fear when it comes to money.
You’ve been told that money doesn’t grow on trees and you have to work hard to make money.
You’ve been told you need to do x, y or z to be successful (except everyone’s version of x, y and z are slightly different.)
You’re scared to make financial mistakes, because they could destroy your future.
And you’ve heard that you should get paid what you’re worth, (as if your value could be captured by a dollar amount.)
And none of that is true.
A lot of the confusion that’s out there is because you have a lot of options ahead of you, and the amount of choice can make it hard to make a decision. It’s easy to get stuck, to freeze when you feel like there’s some unspoken internal battle, when you meet resistance.
And we will meet resistance as we create something we haven’t done before, as we move out of our comfort zones.
As you work to manage your money, you’ll experience resistance. As you explore different ways of selling or marketing, you’ll experience resistance. As you explore raising prices or shifting pricing models, you’ll experience resistance. This allows you to figure out the practices you’ll need to work through all these challenges easily, through compassionate action.

This is a 3-month group coaching program that won’t solve all your problems but will solve some of them.

While we’re working on those concrete tangible pieces, you’ll start to notice the stories and feelings that come up when you’re trying new things with your money. Together, we’ll start to build practices that will help you feel safe when you’re working with your money. Anxiety, fear, anger, and shame don’t have to come with dealing with money. We’ll work on building YOUR toolbox because what works for someone else might not work for you.
We’ll walk through a process in the first week to determine what your focus is financially AND in the rest of your life because your financial goals don’t happen in a silo. Life happens, and we’ll want to figure out how your financial projects and practices look in the context of the rest of your business and life.
This isn’t a generic ‘everyone is going to work on the same goals’ because what will create the most impact for everyone isn’t the same. You’ll identify your own goals, and you’ll have access to me via voice message during office hours for additional perspective and support.

4 workshops over the course of the program
the first and the last will be about planning and reflection
the other two will depend on the focuses people have, one of which will likely be on creating intentional spending plans
1 energy clearing session per month - an optional session to help address any resistance
