Find Financial Flow
1:1 Coaching and Mentorship
A 3-month coaching journey for business owners who are generating great revenue, but are still struggling to pay the bills.
Your finances don’t have to feel like riding a roller-coaster
If your business finances are keeping you up at night, you’re not alone. When you started your business, no one ever told you that even profitable businesses can struggle with inconsistent cash flow. But the fear of not being able to pay your bills IS NOT an inevitable part of business.
Inconsistent income can happen for lots of reasons. Maybe your business is seasonal, like event planners, realtors, or landscapers. Or maybe you have periods of time where you focus on sales, then other periods where you work on service delivery. Either way, cash flow highs and lows do not have to be a source of stress.
You had dreams of the freedom your business would create for you.
Instead, you’re stuck with inconsistent income that leaves you stressed because you’re:
Struggling to pay your vendors, employees, and/or credit cards on time
Struggling to pay yourself consistently, which also means your personal spending has to change based on what’s happening in your business
Starting to see that no matter how much you earn, you can’t outearn your expenses
Scared because dear god, what if someone found out you’re not the put-together business owner everyone thinks you are?
When it comes down to it, you just want more money in the bank account at the end of the month.
Wouldn’t it be nice to:
Know the bills are going to be paid, easily and on time
Know how your money is supporting your goals now, and in the future, without having to be tied to a spreadsheet (unless you love spreadsheets, in which case, go off!)
Make financial decisions with confidence because screw the uncertainty and self-doubt
Can actually be present and engaged with your life and your loved ones
Our work
together
Here’s how our 3-month coaching and
mentoring relationship works:
Step 1: Let’s Get Real
We start by getting a sense of where you are now, subjectively and objectively.
The subjective stuff will include how you think and feel about what’s happening in your financial life right now, and the objective stuff will include looking at your numbers (and I’ll be there to hold your hand and help remind you that you’ve got this.)
Step 2: Crafting the Game Plan
We create a plan for the next 3 months. But why 3 months? It’s the perfect amount of time for us to get something significant complete.
We’ll look at where you want to head long-term, and then work backwards from there. Based on what we know about where you are right now (thanks Step 1!), we’ll decide on the next best step for you!
We’ll also be setting up your toolbox to address the resistance that comes up. We know that you’re going to be moving in a direction that you haven’t been before, so thoughts and feelings will come up. And it’s perfect because intentionally addressing those thoughts and feelings will help make this journey a lot easier for you.
Step 3: Let’s Do This!
This is where we take action! You do the thing, and when you get stuck, I’m here to help. Whether it’s to see if something passes the sniff test (“Is this really a good idea for me?”), or if you need to talk through why you’re avoiding looking at that thing, I’ve got you.
And hey, if you’re worried about it (and even if you’re not), this isn’t about building a co-dependent relationship. It’s about filling your toolbox with the strategies that support you, and helping you build the muscle memory to reach for those tools.
What sorts of things could we end up working on together?
Creating a brain-friendly cash flow management system, so you know what’s going on with your money without it sucking your soul
Re-aligning your spending with your values, so you feel great about spending your money
Increasing your revenue by getting you comfortable asking for more sales or increasing your prices
Developing a debt management plan that works for your brain and aligns with your values
Future planning for you and your business, so you know that what’s happening in your day-to-day life right now supports future you too

It’s a voice-messaging app that allows us to talk in real-time. Kind of like a phone call, but with the added bonus that our voice messages will stay there for you after the call (for 30 days on the free version), so you can refer back to what we talked about.
I love doing coaching sessions Voxer because it enables me to move as I talk with you, which is how I get my best ideas out of my brain and to you. Plus, because the messages go through as they’re being recorded, there aren’t the same awkward pauses between messages you’d get on WhatsApp or Messenger.

“In a kind, non-judgmental, and supportive manner, Brittany helped me uncover unconscious money patterns that I didn't even know I had, and she offered suggestions for taking new action. Now, I feel more empowered and in control of my money, and I'm much more optimistic about my financial future.”
Need help deciding if this is for you?
This is for you if
You’re a business owner experiencing inconsistent income or struggling to manage your finances effectively.
You have 2-3 hours a week to work on your business (v.s. in service delivery) and on your finances.
You want to try new perspectives and approaches because your current patterns aren’t working for you anymore. You know there’s discomfort in trying something new, but the discomfort of keeping everything the same is starting to feel heavier than the fear of change.
This is not for you if
You’re looking for a quick fix - we’re working together for 3 months because this isn’t about just doing things in sprints. You want to know when to sprint, and how to keep the train on the tracks when you don’t have the space or energy to sprint.
You're seeking specific investment or tax advice (I'm not a financial advisor or accountant, though I love talking about how different strategies align with your values).
You want to work solely on your business and business strategy. All of our work together will complement anything you might do with a business consultant, but our focus will be on what keeps you from taking action. We’ll also spend time on your personal finances because your behavior with money doesn’t exist in a silo.
